Our home offers a rare blend of minimalist hotel-style living with the warmth and charm of a beautifully curated luxury house. Designed by Wayne—a designer, author, and founder of an interior and architectural studio—and his Japanese wife Yoko, the space is refined, understated, and deeply personal. Guests are invited to stay in one of three thoughtfully designed bedrooms, with rental terms ranging from three months to two years.
The interiors are clean, calm, and modern. Porcelain tiles and natural solid oak flooring runs throughout the ground two floors, complemented by limestone-clad bathrooms and serene, uncluttered living areas. It’s a home designed for both comfort and visual clarity.
Wayne, down-to-earth and quietly creative, lives on-site in a separate self-contained studio. While the kitchen, bathroom, and living space are shared, there’s a quiet rhythm to the household that respects both privacy and calm coexistence.
The house is located in Blackheath—a beautiful and historic village-like pocket of South East London. You’re just a 7-minute walk to Blackheath Station, offering direct trains to London Bridge in 15 minutes or less. A free bus to Canary Wharf stops just 2 minutes from the house and runs every 5–7 minutes, making commuting effortless. The 321 bus offers direct access to Goldsmiths University and other local attractions.
