Access Quality Matters (QM) Accessibility Standards

To view standards from Quality Matters, create or sign-in to your MyQM account. All UTSA faculty and staff have access to QM accounts.

Create an Account

If you have not done so, click the Setup MyQM button below and follow the steps to create a MyQM account.

Sign-in to MyQM

If you have an account select the MyQM Sign-in button below.

Steps to Find the QM Accessibility Standards

  1. Once you sign-in, you should see a Welcome to MyQM page
  2. Select My Account from the top navigation menu
  3. Under My Account, select QM Rubrics
  4. Select Higher Education
  5. In the drop-down menu, select the rubric
  6. Then click GS 8 in the rubric navigation bar to see the 6 accessibility QM standards

Access QM Accessibility Resources

Quality Matters has created an Open Education Resource "Accessibility and Usability Resource Site (AURS)" full of information and guides for different accessibility issues. This resource is extensive, so think of this resource as another tool in your accessibility toolbox. AURS is open to all faculty and staff.

How to Register for AURS

  1. Once you sign-in, you should see a Welcome to MyQM page.
  2. From the left-side navigation, select “Workshop — Register” to view a drop-down list of workshops.
  3. Choose “Register for Accessibility and Usability Resource Site.”
  4. Select the “Register for Session” link and follow the prompts to finalize your registration.
  5. Once finalized, you will receive an email with instructions for accessing the resource site.
