Top Teacher Salaries in Tennessee
At ACS, we believe that great schools start with great people in every position. That’s why we’ve invested in all salary schedules - from teachers and aides to cafeteria staff and office teams. Because every role is what makes ACS…ACS.
We’re proud to offer some of the highest starting and average teacher salaries in Tennessee, with starting pay for teachers with a bachelor’s degree at $53,300 for the 2025-2026 school year. Employees are routinely prioritized in the budget for Cost of Living Adjustments (COLAs), step increases and more. Plus, our Board of Education has a strong history of going above and beyond, approving annual Christmas bonuses and offering additional personal days to support our team inside and outside the classroom.
