Guards keep watch at night as Jehu passes on his horse, he gets them to join, one guard told Joram it was Jehu, and Joram then tells Jehu about Naboth the Jezreelite. Joram asks Jehu if he wants peace and he says it is meaningless as long as Jezebel continues to fabricate her own Religion, and then as Joram gets angry and tries to leave, Jehu shoots him dead, and he kills Zaharias later also. Jehu meets with Jezebel and she asks if he intends to make peace, but he and some men throw her out the window and horses trample her. Josiah becomes distressed after reading this book of law, when he realizes how far they have come from the laws of Moses, and tears his clothes. Josiah sends Shapan, Hilkiah, and some others to ask God what to do. They go to Huldah, prophetess, says that God will send his wrath for their sins, it God will have mercy in Josiah because he committed his ignorance. He thought this would get people to mend their Ways. Jeremiah cannot go in the temple anymore because the priests have had it with his jeremiads, so he sent the route to read it to the people. Officials decided that the king should hear these prophecies, but they make sure Baruch (Who read this to the people, because Jeremiah was not allowed in the church) and Jeremiah are safely hidden away. Jeremiah and Baruch are safely hidden away. As Jehudi reads the scroll, The King cut off pieces and throw some of the fire until it is all burned up, he wouldn't listen when people told him not to do this. God sent Jonah to Ninevah. Nineveh was an enemy of Jonah's country, Israel. So, Jonah did not want to go to Nineveh. Jonah tried to escape God. He tried to travel elsewhere, by ship. But there was a terrible storm. Jonah knew that God had caused the storm. So, he asked the sailors to throw him into the sea. But Jonah did not drown, because God sent a whale (large fish) to swallow Jonah. Then, Jonah prayed to God again. He thanked God, who had rescued him (Jonah 2). And God caused the fish to return Jonah to the dry land. So, Jonah went to Nineveh. He warned the people that they must confess their evil deeds to God. Otherwise, God would destroy their nation. The people obeyed Jonah. So, God forgave the people in Nineveh. God did not destroy Nineveh at this time. But Jonah was sad, because Nineveh was his enemy. Jonah wanted God to destroy Nineveh. But God told Jonah that God cares about the people from every nation.

Jonah's story was important because it proves you cannot run from God. God has a reason for everything and if you don't follow it he will obviously know. He is a forgiving person and is willing to help you, but for this relationship to work you must listen to him he is he has a reason for calling us to do certain things.

In the Bible, the books 2nd Book of Kings, Isaiah and Jeremiah are named "The Trouble Tears" because these were years of struggle and difficulty. During this time, there was one seem to be a loss of faith and connection with God, people stopped listening and following him and God had consequences. Each story individually demonstrated a time of trouble and someone or some group of people's lives and many of them were resolved with a negative ending, or suffering and pain before they were able to live in peace.
