I've been teaching music lessons since 2007 starting out in my parent's basement with a hand full of drum and guitar students. This lead to a 6 year run at School of Rock where I was a the music director, a show director, a teacher, and eventually a general manager. After leaving school of rock I achieved an Associates degree from Bucks County Community College in Jazz Piano Performance and I resumed teaching privately from my studio in Chalfont.

At age 16 I picked up a huge pair of 5 foot tall dual 15" main speakers while living in WI to go along with my sammik 8ch stereo mixer I had purchased from the same hole in the mall music store in Grafton. First paid sound gig was in 1998 for a goa trance DJ in the basement of a bowling alley. I quickly discovered that a sony receiver from best buy doesn't quite give the power needed to drive the huge speakers! At 17 the family moved from WI to PA, and the speakers came with us. I grabbed a mackie 1400i and a bunch of samson mics, while a co-worker, Steve, and I joined forces to start the first iteration of Coda Live Sound in 2001! We were able to provide sound for many touring punk/hardcore bands such as A Life Once Lost, Lamb of God, Unearth, & Isis. We dissolved this version of coda and sold most of the gear as steve moved to Pittsburgh to make cool drums. The next live sound spark was when I worked for guitar center for 6 months in the pro-audio & recording section. This gave me hands on access and training to some awesome stage and recording gear, as well as downtime to read the Yamaha sound reinforcement book. I continued to do Live sound mixing gigs at local venues such as Siren Records, MoMs, and community events. In 2020 I made the investment in a modern digital system to provide high quality sound and recording for indie and community events.
