Your journey with us begins with an initial 12-point Health MOT from which you'll obtain a 'health score'. After 3 months of carrying out a personalised gym programme, you'll then undertake a second MOT. If you have not maintained or improved your score you'll be free to leave with no obligation.

What is Power Plate® and how does it work?
Power Plate® is an innovative fitness machine that gives your muscles a high-speed workout by using vibrations to stimulate them into contracting and relaxing. Your muscles during normal activities contract approximately once or twice a second, however by standing on the Power Plate® the vibrations cause an automatic reflex muscle contraction of between 25-50 times a second.
The beauty of the Power Plate® is that it is far less time consuming than other exercise methods and it is claimed that a 10 minutes on the Power Plate® will have the same impact as 60 minutes of you doing a conventional workout! This is possible by the fact that so many muscle groups are activated simultaneously.
