Basecamp Theatre Co. is a new theatre company based in Northeast Florida. We are committed to bringing bold new theatrical works to the local theatre scene through the showing of original plays and readings, devised work, and workshops.
Whatever the work may be, we want to read it!
We only ask that it follows these guidelines:
- The work is original (not based on an existing work)
- Non-Musical (Eventually we hope to change this, but being so early in our life as a company we'd prefer plays)
- The work is versatile (We will be starting our company with a mixture of readings, simple productions, and devised work. In other words nothing too extravagant or complicated.
If your work follows the guidelines laid out above, and you think we'd be a great fit for your play please email a copy of your script(s) to BasecampTheatreCo@Gmail.com with a brief description of who you are and the play's production history. Include the subject line NEW WORK SUBMISSION.
We cannot promise a response, but will do our best to respond to everyone regardless of the status of your submission.
