Dear University community,

- Free COVID-19 testing is available here on campus at our Curative kiosk located in the breezeway, Monday-Friday. It’s open to the community too.
- Starting this Wednesday, June 9, TAMIU will offer COVID-19 vaccines to anyone who is 18 years or older. If you are interested in receiving either a first or second dose of the MODERNA COVID-19 vaccine, click here to view our vaccination schedule and to schedule an appointment.
- A special shout-out to TAMIU students enrolled in the Multilingual Children’s Literature course who created a series of children’s books that have been donated to student tutors in the TAMIU-Lamar Bruni Vergara (LBV) Literacy Partnership. This is an inspiring effort led by Dr. Kaitlyn M. Culliton and her students and is making a difference in our community.
- Don’t forget...Uconnect, our official communications portal, is transitioning. We’re going to “reload” Uconnect as a cloud-based, streamlined experience focused on easy access to TAMIU resources and systems. We’ll complete this transition by July 1, 2021. We’ll keep reminders and additional information heading your way.
- We all need a little help now and then. Check out the free advising and academic support services available to undergraduate students through the Academic Center for Excellence (ACE).
- Registration for Summer and Fall continues. Fall here will be a full and vibrant, on-campus experience. We’re all looking forward to it!
Have a great week Dustdevils!
