Georgia has many opportunities for the debtors, but the great amount of farmland and slaves is for the wealthy folks that could come down to Georgia.

In Georgia we are known for housing debtors in our colony. We give them safe houses so they can live there lives to the fullest.
3. Large Plantations and farmhouses
In Georgia we have a lot of farmland and we are willing to give it out to anyone who has the money.
The Colony of Georgia offers warm weather and comfortable climate. Normally in Georgia the tempature in Georgia is not to warm and not to cold. The physical features of Georgia are grassy plains and cornfields. Not that many elevated surfaces, more flat surfaces for farming. Also beach and the ocean for fishing and whaling..
One of the most important things to remember about Georgia is our care for debtors. Also our large plantations for growing crops and selling them for profit. Our plantations are not like any other colonies, they have fertile soil and are the best for planting crops.
