Visual design mistakes

The form fields being green are to much with the background and made me think they where active. I would make it a neutral color to fix.

Image on about page serves no purpose and doesn't fit with the text. I would remove it entirely.

UX design mistakes

There are no focus states on the forms. Also there are two forms for the same thing that sit next to each other on the “free estimate page”. To fix this I would remove the short form on the page with the long form

Some of the most important buttons like “make a payment are small and above the main navigation. It breaks the flow of the document and lowers the chance of getting it clicked. To fix this I would say combine the two navigation bars.

Development mistakes

The Twitter icon links to Facebook

The YouTube icon goes to a dead page

The “Quick & Inexpensive Perfectionists” is using an image for text

The phone number is required but does not properly validate as a phone number

The page is not properly being crawled

The code for the favicon is included but the resource is missing

The website is not mobile friendly this effects user experience and lowers the business ranking in Google.
