State Attorney

Much like a US Attorney General, The DuPage County State’s Attorney is the chief lawyer for the county, both prosecuting cases and heading the county’s legal team in civil matters.

Clerk of the Circuit Court

The Clerk of Circuit Court serves as the custodian of records for a county’s civil and criminal courts, maintaining court files and collecting fees and fines.

County Auditor

The County Auditor is responsible for all of the county's funds. They also keep track of all transactions or receipts the county may have.
