front cover images EdITING FAZE

This is the original starting image without any edits to the image before hand.
After some talking, changed the brightness and contrast upon the image, and hued the image on the phone box to a red.
Adding a title onto the road as he wanted a title on the album name with 'Danny Darko'.
Wanted a simple text and not blown up upon the whole of the image, so i down sized the font made it simpler and then placed it in the top left corner, as well as making the font red to suit the theme of the phone box colour.
I edited the font to blend in more colour wise to the album and background rather than it being bold and out there on this cover.
I then spoke about adding the album title so I placed these on the phone box, not only was it too small to notice it also didn't look right on where it was placed.
Tried to move the font around still to get a better and more of a 3D angle on the font with the phone box, but still no success.
The choice I made was to enlarge the artist name and bellow with the same font but smaller bellow have a album title, like this it looks very clean and smooth.
I used the burn tool in and around the phone box to darken the perspective in and around the phone box.
After the last edit, we decided to place a filter onto the image, and Daniel wanted a warm tone filter to keep that red colour in the phone box stand out still.
With the last image he wasn't happy with the strength of the filter and wanted a stronger and deeper toned red which can be see and isn't great.
We decided to go back to the original 1st placed red filter which isn't too strong and over powering within the image.
For the final choice we added a small black boarder around the image to make it seem much more of a final fitting cover.
