5 tips to improve your video @Realtor_Richard

Lighting

Keep an eye on how it affects the subject. Are the Shadows too harsh? Natural or Window light is the best.......find it and use it. It's soft and compliments your subject.

Music and Sound

Set the tone....Happy, Cheesy, or Epic match accordingly. Edit to the music/beat, it helps create a whole package.

Learn your Software

Watch tutorials, ask friends, train. Its going to help you when you shoot in the field. Plan those shots ahead of time to help when you edit. When you know what it can do, it can help you get the most of what you just shot

Motion

If the camera is moving it will help move the story. It looks like you put more work into it....but thats because you did

Location

Clean up the background. Move clutter out of the way for the shot. Have the right angle and location of the subject within the frame. Pick a good time of day---Golden Hours.
