BSA BOCA - FUTSAL TRAINING ACADEMY: Age Groups & Player Placement
TODDLERS:
Toddlers : FIRST STEPS : SPECIAL PROGRAM.
Indoor or outdoor special group AGES: 2.5 to 3 year-olds.
Indoor or outdoor For Toddlers: A playful soccer introduction for toddlers and preschoolers, centered on movement, balance, and confidence. Through fun activities, children run, jump, explore balance, and experience simple ball contact in a supportive environment that builds joy and self-confidence.
YOUTH FUTSAL TRAINING AcadEMY PURPOSES
FUTSAL AGES: 3 year-olds and up
Ages 3–5 | Early Movement & Confidence Fun-based futsal sessions focused on coordination, balance, and a positive first sports experience.
Age 6–8 | Fundamentals & Ball Master Higher ball-contact - futsal training developing introduction to futsal movement, and game awareness.
Ages 9–12 | Technical Development & Game IQ Structured indoor futsal sessions designed to improve decision-making, speed, and control.
Ages 13+ | Performance Futsal Advanced futsal training for players seeking intensity and progression .
BSA BOCA FUTSAL ACADEMY.
FUTSAL ONCE OR TWICE A WEEK. The program training schedule is twice a week choose 2 days : Tuesdays, Thursdays or Saturdays . The Monthly payment is the same for Futsal once or twice a week.

FUTSAL AND SOCCER ARE INDEPENDENT PROGRAMS. with its own registration costs . You can sign up only for FUTSAL, or only for SOCCER or a combined scheduled and have FUTSAL AND SOCCER in the same location.

SOCCER+FUTSAL TUE - Soccer field WED - Soccer field THUR- Soccer field SAT: Futsal GYM the training scheduled by age follow the age groups time slots scheduled for: BSA BOCA SOCCER ACADEMY and BSA BOCA FUTSAL ACADEMY. Futsal + Soccer : Training 4 times a week . Enrollment in both FUTSAL+SOCCER with a combined training scheduled . Discount on monthly payments for combined choice.
FUTSAL Training Groups are organized by age as a primary reference, ensuring safety, appropriate learning pace, and positive social interaction.
However, age alone is not the best only factor. Each player is placed considering:
- Coordination and motor development
- Futsal technical level and previous experience
- Physical and emotional maturity
Our program approach allows every child to train in an environment where they feel challenged, confident, and supported, without pressure or unrealistic expectations. Training Group placement is reviewed continuously, and adjustments may be made to ensure the best learning experience for each player, depending on player’s training attendance, capacity to follow technical and tactical instructions , and commitment. Without pressure, or no burning steps .
FUTSAL COMPETITIONS:
COMPETITION: TRAVEL PROGRAM steps to participate
BSA Futsal Academy – Travel Program Participation in the BSA Futsal Travel Program involves additional costs, including team registration fees shared among rostered players, tournament fees, travel expenses, and other required player’s fees. Travel team- Tournament participation is not automatic and depends on player readiness, team skill level, and completion of a full team roster and payment of additional costs ! Futsal has unique rules and playing concepts. Players must first demonstrate understanding of the game, foundational technical skills, and age-appropriate, tactical awareness before join the travel team official competitions. Competition typically begins for players 7 years old and up, following US Youth Futsal guidelines and calendar. BSA prioritizes proper development over early competition.
