PVC LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP HONOR THE PAST, ENSURE THE FUTURE, BE A PART OF THE TRADITION

PVC members provide financial assistance for a wide variety of events and programming that benefit ALL 38 varsity teams and nearly 1,000 student-athletes, and helps sustain Princeton Athletics' tradition of competitive excellence.

In addition to supporting core PVC programming - including Tigers in the Community, PVC Varsity Weight Room, Gary Walters '67 PVC Awards Banquet and Alumni Engagement gatherings and special events, to name a few - the PVC Lifetime Membership program provides critical financial flexibility to the Ford Family Director of Athletics to help address the department's top priorities.

The names of the more than 400 PVC Lifetime Members are proudly displayed in the Andrew J. Conner '62 Lounge in Jadwin Gym.

Lifetime Membership is a one-time, tax-deductible gift of $5,000 to the Princeton Varsity Club. Since the program's inception in 2010, Lifetime Memberships have contributed more than $1.9 million in support of the PVC and its mission.

Lifetime Member commitments help support annual PVC events and programming that benefit all Tiger student-athletes, as well as strategic priorities of the Department of Athletics. A few examples of these impact areas are highlighted below.

TIGERS IN THE COMMUNITY | SERVICE PROGRAMMING

PVC VARSITY WEIGHT ROOM

The PVC Varsity Weight Room in Jadwin Gym was opened in 2005-06, serving as one of two primary performance training facilities for Tiger varsity student-athletes. The weight room was refreshed in Spring 2023.

VARSITY LETTER SWEATER PROGRAM

The PVC is proud to provide complimentary varsity letter sweaters to all graduating senior student-athletes, thanks to a generous gift from two Princeton alumni to endow the program.

"ON THE ROAD" ALUMNI ENGAGEMENT

The PVC partners regularly with Athletics Friends Groups and regional Alumni Associations to host off campus gatherings and programming around select away Tiger competitions and targeted visits.

ATHLETIC DEPARTMENT STRATEGIC PRIORITIES

Funds from the Lifetime Membership program have helped with facility upgrades in Jadwin Gym (including the Fueling Station) and Dillon Gym, and important technology upgrades throughout the department.
PVC Lifetime Membership gifts have been a critical source of funding to assist department multimedia efforts, including the ongoing operation and gameday staffing of the H.G. Levine Broadcast Center, pictured here.
