Thank you so much for booking me to capture your precious moments! I absolutely LOVE what I do and I know choosing a photographer is a deeply personal and intricate decision.
Each session includes professional retouching and editing of images and a sneak peak for social media within a week of session to share with friends and family.
Family (Children/Senior) sessions are done outdoors at location of your choice (downtown, Convention Center, or I’m open to ideas!) They are done close to sunset which of course is different times depending on the time of year. If young children are involved, I do ask that they get a later nap than usual during the spring/summer months since sunset is usually close to bedtime for little ones. This will make sure we don't have a grouchy/tired sibling :)
Styling: I would be more than happy to recommend some color combos that would coordinate well with the location you choose! Just ask! Just don’t mix crazy prints and houndstooth tends to not photograph too well so try and stay away from that.
Props: You are welcome to bring anything you would like to incorporate into your photos to your session! I will also be happy to bring any props I might have that you want to use as well (crate, chair, etc)..just let me know ahead of time. I definitely encourage bringing a quilt just in case you don’t want to sit directly on the ground.
Other tips: For children that might be a little unruly or uncooperative PLEASE refrain from scolding the child(ren). This makes for an even more grumpy child and more likely we won’t get any smiles from that point on. Let’s be positive! I’m not against bribing by ANY means..haha. I do ask for you to try your best to get them to cooperate as we only have a limited amount of time to work with to get the best photos.
Mini Sessions are 30 minute sessions (Immediate family only), 1 Location (location must be within Hattiesburg area..must upgrade to Full Session if travel is required. $75 travel fee required after 20 miles outside of Hattiesburg up to an hour then $1 a mile after that), 8-10 edited images (photographer's choice) via download, and Print Release - $225 plus tax..Since these sessions are ONLY 30 mins then please arrive at location at least 10 mins prior to session time to give time to discuss the best spots and poses for your session. Session time starts at time of your booked session. (EXAMPLE: Session booked at 6:00. Client arrives at 5:50. Shooting begins at 6:00 and ends and 6:30)
Full Sessions are 1 hour. (Price for Immediate Family), 1 location (up to 20 miles outside of Hattiesburg. $75 travel fee required after 20 miles outside of Hattiesburg up to an hour then $1 a mile after that) up to 2 outfit changes, 20-25 edited images (photographer’s choice) via download, and Print Release - $349 plus tax. Please arrive at least 10 mins early.
Extended Family Session: Full Session: 1 hour session (location within 20 miles of Hattiesburg..$75 travel fee required after 20 miles up to an hour then $1 a mile after that) 1 Location, 30-40 edited images via download link, and Print Release - $425 + tax
Policies:
Retainer: A $50 non-refundable retainer fee is required to book. It does go towards balance of package.
Rescheduling or Canceling: If you need to reschedule for any reason, you MUST give a 24 hour notice in order to be able to transfer Retainer to another session. I understand things might come up and emergencies happen so if you know you won’t make it to your session then PLEASE give me a heads up BEFORE session time. If you wish to cancel and not reschedule then Retainer is forfeited. Once session time starts and you haven’t notified me needing to reschedule then session fee is forfeited and non-transferable.

After the Session:
I know you will be anxious to see your photos! I will edit a sneak and post on FB within 48 hours of session. The rest of the session will be edited and ready for download between 2-3 weeks from session date (3 weeks during busy season-Summer & Fall) I will definitely notify you as soon as I have them ready but if you haven’t heard from me within 3 weeks then please shoot me a message! Sometimes emails get lost, end up in spam, or just overlooked.
