Bridging Our Communities Community Partnerships

Our Mission

The mission of Bridging Our Communities at Serenity is to establish a network of partnerships that provide essential services and support for those in need within the community. This initiative focuses on enhancing collaboration among service providers to effectively meet the challenges faced by clients, particularly in the context of limited resources.

By fostering communication and sharing knowledge, the program aims to improve care and support for vulnerable populations. We typically meet every other month at selected locations. Our meetings consists of guest speakers, planning collaborative events, sharing best practices, and learning how each agency supports the community.
