WE REMEMBER September 11, 2001

On 11 September 2001, 2,977 people were killed in terrorist attacks on U.S. soil, including 14 Naval Academy alumni. In the years since, the U.S. Naval Academy community has stayed committed to mission and country, and many more have given their lives in service to that commitment. Each anniversary of 9/11, we look back on those we have lost, and how the impact of that day continues to shape us.
