How Our Catering Works To ensure consistency, quality, and smooth service, our catering menu is offered in thoughtfully designed packages:
- Each catering package is prepared to serve up to 50 guests
- Events with more than 50 guests may select multiple packages
- All catering is buffet-style and self-serve
- Dishes are prepared fully seasoned and ready to enjoy
- Portions are designed for complete meals with multiple menu items

Our Afro fusion Egusi stew is made with the toasted and ground seeds of the Egusi melon, simmered in a stew of tomatoes, sweet peppers, onions, garlic, and spices, including a pinch of smoky Cameroon pepper.

Our Okra stew is made with okra, tomatoes, and onions; stewed slowly with fresh garlic, a pinch of ginger and Cameroon pepper for a spicy comfort food.
