In case you haven't heard, Victoria is a super cool destination with the best bars, restaurants and more things to do than you can ever pack in one trip. (We recommend the Goat Stampede.) Hotel Zed is centrally located between downtown and uptown.
We are one short block away from the Galloping Goose trail which leads cyclists and pedestrians over the strikingly beautiful Selkirk trestle, crossing the Gorge waterway into downtown Victoria. It's a gorgeous 10-minute bike ride into downtown or a 20-minute walk.
Feel free to borrow one of our complimentary bikes or public transit stops just 20 meters (65ft for our American friends) from the hotel.
The hotel has undergone a wicked transformation from Dec 2023 to May 2024! We can't wait for you to check it out!
Shopping
Directly across the street is Victoria's Mayfair Shopping Centre, known for its fashion slant and then just five blocks north is the outdoor Uptown Shopping Centre with hot finds and scads of great local shops. Of course, you'll want to head to Victoria's downtown, where you'll find a wide selection of local boutiques, perfect for bringing something home that no one else has.

PET-FRIENDLY ROOMS
OK, everyone brings their wife or husband, children and even perhaps their mother-in-law on vacation but wait, aren’t you forgetting someone?
Here’s your chance to be rebellious and bring your four-legged, furry, always-loving pet along for the trip.
A $20 daily fee is charged for additional cleaning, a maximum of $80 a week (Guide dogs stay for free!)

GO FOR A DIP
With huge glass garage doors that open to the sun or stay closed to keep you warm when it is cold, Victoria's year-round pool is what you need!
Relax under the stars in our hot tub, sunbathe on the patio or sweat it out in the sauna. But if you DON'T want to relax, we have our Zedinator, the three-story high, twisty, bubblegum pink waterslide that is our must-do!
The pool, hot tub and sauna are open year-round from 9 am to 10 pm unless otherwise posted.

We renovated Hotel Zed Victoria to celebrate our tenth birthday! Your stay will be soaked in groovy, swanky 70’s vibes. We’ve booted up our time machine to take our guests back to the 70’s with retro-chic décor that’ll remind you of the vibes of your granny’s crib. But only if your granny had the coolest pad on the block. If you book a Rebel Room, you’ll need to change the dial on the time machine. These rooms will transport you back to the bodacious 80’s, with neon lights and murals that’ll make you think you’re on the set of Miami Vice!
