The Pocket Press Term 2 | Week 6 | 2025

Inspiring - Inclusive - Empowered

We acknowledge the Minjungbal people, of the Bundjalung Nation, who are the original custodians of the land on which the school proudly stands. Sport

Soccer

Congratulations to our two soccer teams that platyed last week. The boys team has advanced to the next round. A special mention to Shores United for donating us a set of their jerseys!

Well done Marlow and Rudi who have advance in the PSSA Soccer selections.

Cross Country

A mammoth effort by Marlow and Miles for their incredible effort at the Far North Coast Cross Country last week.

School Athletics Carnival

Our school athletics carnival is on Thursday 12 June. Be sure to come along!

Creative Arts

Choir

Our choir headed down to Woolgoolga today to take part in the Compass Music Festival. Thanks Amy Cox for making this happen for our students.

Morning and Afternoon Routine

We are making our pick up and drop off safer for our children.

Morning

When dropping off in the morning, we request that all parents walk their child into the school ground. Avoid simply letting your child hop out of your car and walk in on their own.

Afternoon

When picking up, parents must enter the school ground and collect their child/ren. Staff will remind parents of this. When exiting, children must exit with a parent.

Fundraising

A special thanks to the Billi Hotel for giving us the Friday Meat Raffles for the month of May. We raised $1759! Thanks to those mums, dads and kids that came down to help out. A special mention to Dan Beck who was there each Friday selling tickets - he doesn't even have children at our school anymore but still wanted to ensure we raised as much as we could for our current students!
