Krisann Payne Targeted Victim

My name is Krisann Payne, and I am 42 years old. I have been a targeted individual since birth—both spiritually and physically—throughout most of my life. However, it wasn’t until the COVID lock-down in 2017 that I fully realized the extent of the targeting against my son and me.

We have endured relentless physical attacks, some of which nearly cost us our lives. This targeting is deeply connected to MK-Ultra and the use of advanced frequency technology—technology that has existed far longer than most people realize. The level of cruelty and deception behind these programs is beyond comprehension, and few truly understand the depths of their impact.

Yet, through it all, The Most High has shown His strength in us. He has provided us with the tools we need to endure and overcome. As Psalm 144:1 declares:

“Blessed be the Lord my Rock, who trains my hands for battle and my fingers for warfare.”

And Psalm 2:9 reminds us:

“You will break them with an iron scepter; you will shatter them like pottery.”

Everything must come to an end, and I believe that time is now. May the Messiah and our Heavenly Father expose all those who have worked in darkness.
