Kia ora e te whānau, and welcome to our Week 8 Newsletter. Thanks to all for navigating the disruption of our Teacher Only Day last Friday. Our team gathered with the teachers from our local Orewa and Silverdale schools to spend time working on the new Maths curriculum together. This last week has been a time for celebration and reflection for a big group in our community. Eid Mubarak! May this special day bring peace, happiness, and endless blessings to you and your loved ones. Nowruz Mobarak, here's to a brighter year ahead, together. We also have more to share on Nowruz in our assembly this Friday.

Swimming Lessons Next Term
In weeks 3 and 4 of next term (Monday 4th May - Friday 15th May) we are having our annual 2 week block of intensive swimming lessons at Northern Arena. Over the past 2 years, our students have thoroughly enjoyed these lessons and made great improvements in their swimming ability over the two weeks of lessons.
Thanks to all of those who have returned their forms. If this is still on your kitchen bench at home, please return it asap so we can get the swimming groups organised for our lessons next term.
Nukumea Art on Exhibition
A reminder that following our trip earlier in the term, this Saturday sees the artwork on display at the Kids Art Festival in Henderson.
