How to Access Your 2024 GAR Forms
The 2024 GAR Forms are available in Remine Docs+. If you are not able to view them, follow these steps to update your GAR NRDS/FPID info:
- Select Remine Docs+ (from either the Products Button, or if in Matrix, select "Docs" tab)
- Once in Remine Docs+, select Settings on left panel (it appears as the gear wheel icon), and scroll down to the section for "Your GAR FPID/NRDS" and click the blue hyperlink for "Change"
- A window will open stating "GAR Access Validation.” If you are already a member of a board of Realtors with an NRDS#, simply re-enter the NRDS# into the field, and the Confirm button should appear to highlight and click on.
- If successful, you will be provided a response stating "You're in! Your access will expire on 12-31-2024.” Otherwise, if you receive an error, it means you need to reach out to your Board of Realtors to correct your NRDS# or reach out to GAR to discuss an issue with the FPID# you received from them.
