Service Agreements
- Customized cleaning plans with no contracts
- Free phone consultation
- Deposit: Only required if dates are far out from schedule phone consultation.
- Pet policy: cleaners will not pick up dog waste/feces/vomit.
- Lock out policy: provide entry code/key a way for cleaners to enter home, if this is failed to be provide we will contact the client and if client failed to answer. An additional fee will be added to this day of service.
- payments: only accepting at the moment is, zelle/cash app/cash/credit and debit card. There is a surcharge of 3% when using your credit card.
- Insured: liberty mutual insurance (general liability insurance)
- Business license: Aurora city hall date of October,3rd,2024
- Check list- You will be provided a cleaning check list for each service you are inquiring with OJ cleaning services.
- No refunds-however if client is unsatisfied with our cleaning or if an item was missed we take pride in making things right with our clients and we have no problem returning to the property as soon as possible.
