Lifeline Manager (East Anglia & Yorkshire) Natalie’s background in animal welfare is primarily based in outreach support for owned pets in the community. Through her work supporting owners who were experiencing challenges in caring for their pets, she learnt about the impact of domestic abuse on animals and has specialised in this sector ever since. Natalie has previous experience supporting elderly victim-survivors of abuse, and over the past few years with Lifeline, she has successfully led the service expansion into both East Anglia and Scotland. Natalie is currently studying her Masters in Woman and Child Abuse with London Metropolitan University, alongside her role at Cats Protection Lifeline.
