My Story
With a career rooted in fitness since 2006, I bring nearly two decades of experience helping women move, nourish, and care for their bodies with purpose. My background includes extensive knowledge in nutrition, certification as a yoga teacher, and specialized training in menopause and women’s wellness coaching.
Over the years, I’ve worked with women at every stage of life, but my passion lies in supporting those navigating the transitional phases of perimenopause and menopause.
