Passport and Travel Documents:
Ensure you have the correct travel documents. Verify with the consulate or visa agency if you need visas or additional passport pages. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates. U.S. citizens should ensure their passport includes a full blank "VISA" page. Non-U.S. citizens must check entry requirements with their respective consulates.
Registration Form:
Book your reservation using your full name, as it appears on your passport. A completed registration form is necessary for new bookings. Choose one of our travel experts from the form to initiate the registration process. Fill in all required fields. By submitting the form, you accept our Terms and Conditions. Deposit Information and Option
Deposit Requirement:
To secure your reservation, a completed registration form and a deposit are required at the time of booking.
A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of $200 per person is due as soon as possible. Please note that package pricing is subject to change until the deposit has been received.
Payment Methods:
A payment plan is available if booked 6 months before the final payment deadline. Final payment is due by January 15, 2026. Prices may change until the deposit is received.

Monthly Payments:
If you opt for the payment plan, monthly payments are mandatory. Reservations may be canceled without notice if no payment is received within 60 days. Contact your travel expert immediately if you face financial difficulties. Note that text messaging is not accepted for communication.
Timely Payments
Ensure timely monthly payments to keep your reservation current. Your roommate, if applicable, must also make timely payments
Late Payments
A late fee will be applied to outstanding balances after the final payment due date, starting the day after the due date. Note that text messaging is not accepted for communication.
Full Payment:
You may choose to pay in full at the time of booking.
Final Payment:
Ensure all payments are completed by the specified dates. Contact your travel expert or customer service at least 30 days before the due date to discuss any late payment arrangements. Note that text messaging is not accepted for communication. The final payment is due by January 15, 2026.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be submitted in writing and will incur a $200 fee per person. Email your cancellation request to your Travel Expert or Customer Service with your BOOKING NUMBER, FULL NAME, and TRAVEL DATES. Complete the provided cancellation request form. Contact us if you do not receive an acknowledgment within 48 hours. Name Changes: Allowed with a $250 fee up to the final payment date.
