Baking Breadapples

Ingredients

▢1 Large (Apple Fuji, Gala, or Granny Smith work well)

▢⅔ Cup sweetener (maple syrup)

▢½ Vegetable oil

▢2 Eggs

▢2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

▢3-4 Cups All Purpose Flour

▢1 ½ teaspoon Baking Powder

▢1 Pinch Sea Salt

▢2 Cups Almond Milk

Recipe

  1. Peel one apple and chop it up until it's about the size of the nail on your thumb and set it aside.
  2. In a big bowl pour 2/3 of maple syrup and 1/2 a cup of vegetable oil and mix.
  3. Add two eggs and 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract then mix.
  4. Pour in all of your dry ingredients (Flour, Baking Powder, and Salt) and mix.
  5. After a few minutes, add in 2 cups of Almond milk.
  6. Mix until it becomes a sticky dough.
  7. Preheat the oven at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
  8. In a mold, cover it with flour or oil to avoid the dough sticking to the pan.
  9. Fill in the molds with the dough.
  10. Place apples chunks on top of the dough.
  11. Put the mold inside of the oven and leave it in there for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
  12. After 30 minutes, take the bread out of the oven and let them cool.
  13. If you want them to be sweet, pour a little maple syrup on top!
