Baking Breadapples
Ingredients
▢1 Large (Apple Fuji, Gala, or Granny Smith work well)
▢⅔ Cup sweetener (maple syrup)
▢½ Vegetable oil
▢2 Eggs
▢2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
▢3-4 Cups All Purpose Flour
▢1 ½ teaspoon Baking Powder
▢1 Pinch Sea Salt
▢2 Cups Almond Milk
Recipe
- Peel one apple and chop it up until it's about the size of the nail on your thumb and set it aside.
- In a big bowl pour 2/3 of maple syrup and 1/2 a cup of vegetable oil and mix.
- Add two eggs and 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract then mix.
- Pour in all of your dry ingredients (Flour, Baking Powder, and Salt) and mix.
- After a few minutes, add in 2 cups of Almond milk.
- Mix until it becomes a sticky dough.
- Preheat the oven at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
- In a mold, cover it with flour or oil to avoid the dough sticking to the pan.
- Fill in the molds with the dough.
- Place apples chunks on top of the dough.
- Put the mold inside of the oven and leave it in there for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
- After 30 minutes, take the bread out of the oven and let them cool.
- If you want them to be sweet, pour a little maple syrup on top!
