Hello Packer Families, We are fortunate to have School Base Health Clinic from the Department of Health and funded by JWB on our campus. The clinic is lead by Nurse Foss and his team is able to perform sports physical, regular wellness exams, treat injuries, vaccines if needed, and so much more and it is all for FREE. All you need to do is complete a clinic consent packet which can be picked up in the clinic by your student or contacting the clinic and one can be sent one digitally. Once that is done if your child need a sports physical or is ill or needs medication for a variety of reasons. They can be seen and evaluated by one of two nurse practitioners that are here 3 days a week. just as they would at your own primary care office. The only difference id your child does not need to miss school or you miss work. We want to take care of your children and it is all for FREE.
Parents, Did you know your students are not permitted to carry their medication on them at school? The only medication permitted to be self carried are Epi-Pen or equivalent, Asthma Inhaler, and Diabetic supplies including insulin. Even those items require an authorization to self carry form signed by a physician. We are able to store medication for your student in the clinic and administer it as needed. If you get complete a clinic consent form. Our ARNP's who are here 3 days a week have access to basic medications they dispense FREE of charge. Contact Nurse John at ext. 2026 with any questions.

Dress Code
Students have been made aware of the dress code continuously since the beginning of the year and given warning when out of dress code. It is now the expectation that every student arrives on campus in compliance with the dress code and stays in dress code for the day. Students out of dress code will be in ISS for the day.
