What Does It Mean to Become a DES Certified Child Care Provider
Division for Early Childhood's 40th Annual International Conference on Young Children with Disabilities and Their Families will focus on The Future of Inclusive Practices: Creating Equitable Access, Participation, and Supports.
Lisa and Jessica's presentation at Children's Rehabilitative Services (CRS) in Phoenix was an opportunity to provide an overview of AzEIP/ Part C services in Arizona and strengthen the support for families who have young children with disabilities and/or developmental delays. They were able to clear up the myth that “families can only receive CRS or AzEIP” and spoke about the opportunities for collaboration with both service providers. AzEIP Service Providing Agencies and CRS clinical-based services can be utilized to assist families in achieving the outcomes they indicated on their Individualized Family Service Plan.

These services are not funded or provided through the Arizona Early Intervention Program (AzEIP) but are available for families to access at their discretion. Families are encouraged to explore these resources to complement the services they are receiving through AzEIP. Please note that eligibility criteria, availability, and costs may vary depending on the program or provider.
