Looking for a ministry opportunity post college?
Our two-year resident program is an opportunity for college graduates who are considering full-time youth ministry. The residency provides exposure to both middle school and high school ministry for those seeking to find where God might be calling them.
Our hope is to provide a context where residents are exposed to the many facets of youth ministry including teaching, leading small groups, helping plan trips and programs, and being intentional with students and families while focusing specifically on middle school and high school ministry!
Why Youth Ministry?
As believers, we are called to make disciples of all cultures, including the world of middle school and high school students! Specifically, youth ministry provides an avenue for students to be influenced by individuals beyond their immediate family circle. While families play an essential role in shaping their children, young people also crave guidance and support from mentors who can offer unique perspectives and community with their peers.
We have the opportunity to connect with young minds, building relationships based on trust, authenticity, and faith in Jesus. In essence, youth ministry acts as a beacon of support, offering young people the guidance and encouragement they need to grow in their relationships with Jesus, each other, and His church.
