2024 In Review
Susquehanna delivered a season to remember, going 15-6 overall and running the table in Landmark play at 9-0 to secure the No. 1 seed in the conference tournament. The River Hawks shut out Moravian, 2-0, in the semifinals before edging Scranton, 3-2, to capture their second straight Landmark title.
Built on a stifling defense that allowed just 1.14 goals per game, Susquehanna earned a trip to the NCAA Tournament, where they battled but fell to Lynchburg, 2-1, in the opening round.
The 2025 Landmark Conference field hockey season is shaping up to be another tightly contested race. Defending champion Susquehanna returns much of its championship core, while title contenders Scranton and Catholic are retooled and ready for another run. Moravian’s deep recruiting class and Lycoming’s veteran roster add intrigue, and improving squads like Drew and Juniata will push for postseason spots.
