Our Comprehensive real estate media package is designed for homes. This all-inclusive service ensures every angle of the property is captured:
- Interior Photography: Two Professional angles per living space.
- Video Tour: One Cinematic Walkthrough Video (Social Format)
- Aerial Media: 2-3 High Resolution drone photos and one Professional aerial video.
Photography: High-Res, Wide Angle, HDR (High Dynamic Range), Professional Real Estate Photography, Twilight Photography, "Blue Hour" Shots.
Videography: 4K Cinematic Walkthrough, Drone Aerial Footage, Social Media Reels, Property Highlight Film. (Vertical & Landscape)
REAL ESTATE MEDIA SERVICE AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT is in effect once your initial deposit is completed
1. SERVICES RENDERED The Provider agrees to provide real estate media services as selected by the Client. The specific deliverables for the Standard Media Package ($350.00) include: Photography: Professional interior/exterior photos including two (2) unique angles per living space. Aerials: High-resolution aerial (drone) still photography. Walk-through Reel: One (1) walkthrough video tour tailored specifically for social media (e.g., Instagram Reels/TikTok). Aerial Video: Professional aerial video footage included in the final media delivery. 2. SUBSCRIPTION PACKAGES Client may opt for a "Paid in Full" subscription. Subscriptions grant the Client a set number of shoots (as defined in the selected tier) over the term. 3-Month Subscription: $945 Paid in full. 6-Month Subscription: $1,788 Paid in full. 12-Month Subscription: $3,360 Paid in full. Note: Subscription shoots must be scheduled within the term and do not "roll over" unless agreed upon in writing. 3. PAYMENT TERMS One-Off Service: Payment of $350.00 is due upon booking . Media will not be delivered until full payment is received. Subscriptions: Must be paid in full at the time of signing to activate the discounted rate and service term. Late Fees: Payments delayed beyond [1] days will incur a late fee of $100. 4. PROPERTY PREPARATION & ACCESS Ready for Shoot: The Client is responsible for ensuring the property is "camera ready" (cleaned, staged, and lights on). The Provider is not responsible for moving furniture or cleaning. Access: Client must provide access at the scheduled time. If the Provider is unable to enter the property within 15 minutes of the start time, a Rescheduling Fee of $[Amount] will apply. 5. AERIAL (DRONE) SERVICES Compliance: All aerial services are subject to FAA regulations and local weather conditions. If a flight is restricted due to "No-Fly Zones" or inclement weather (high winds/rain), the Provider will attempt to reschedule the aerial portion only at no additional cost. 6. RIGHTS & USAGE Licensing: The Provider grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the media for the sole purpose of marketing the specific property listing. Ownership: The Provider retains all copyrights to the original and edited images/videos. Portfolio Use: The Provider reserves the right to use any media created for their own marketing, social media, and professional portfolio. 7. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled shoot time will result in a cancellation fee of $100.
