Merry Christmas Everyone! Nadolig Llawen Pawb!
Dear Families,
Since returning to school in September, the children and staff have worked incredibly hard to be SAFE, KIND, VALUED and always do their BEST. They deserve a magical Christmas and I hope they enjoy spending time with their families. I would also like to thank you for your ongoing support of the school. As ever, you have shown such commitment to the school and support the children with their learning. We are very grateful for your support.
On behalf of all of the staff at Minera School, I would like to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas! We look forward to seeing you in 2024!

Everyone enjoyed their Christmas dinner in school yesterday. A big thank you to Jo and Lesley in kitchen for serving 115 Christmas dinners. We had lots of clean plates!
Christmas Presentations
Thank you to the children and staff for wonderful Christmas Presentations in St Mary's Church. The standard of singing and performing were once again highly commendable.
Thank you to the parents, grandparents and friends of Minera School who turned out in force to support the pupils. It was lovely to see St Mary’s Church so full.
Panto Visit
This week, we visited Theatr Clwyd to watch the 'Sleeping Beauty - The Rock and Roll Panto'. Both children and staff really enjoyed the panto apart from being super soaked with water by members of the cast!
Christmas Sing-A-Long
Nursery and Reception children enjoyed a Christmas sing-a-long with family and friends in the School Hall on Thursday morning.

Free Uniform Shop
Minera School is making efforts to tackle the cost of new school uniform and reduce the impact clothing waste has on the planet!
In school, we now have free uniform shop. Please come along and help yourself. This is a great way to replace grown out school uniform.
The shop is just outside of Mr Williams' office.
