30-Minute Meditation: Reduce Anxiety and Stress

Start your week with our Monday meditation classes to help you sharpen your focus, and get ready for the days ahead. Meditations are inspired to give your mind a little rest to rejuvenate and recharge.
Each 30-minute meditation helps relax the entire body, including the brain, the nervous system, and the heart’s blood pressure. Gentle slow breaths also nurture the immune system and lower rates of anxiety and depression.

Pamela, the meditation instructor, will be away from July 8-August 5th and has generously provided recordings during her absence. Employees can click on the specific date and watch the recording to keep their meditation habits and lifestyle strong!

In this four-week series, explore caregiver resources and learn tips to manage your time and care for yourself, while caring for others. Sessions include:
- Caring for Sandwich Generation: Discuss caregiver challenges and explore resources available to help with caregiving.
- Owning Your Time as a Caregiver: LEarn 10 practical tips to balance caregiving with either responsibilities and lessen stress.
- Coping with Caregiving: Learn ways to overcome caregiving burnout and take care of you, while caring for others.
- A Mindful Approach to Caregiving: Boost compassion for yourself and others through breathing, meditation, and gratitude.
Stretch for Health
