We are each responsible for our health + wellbeing. External factors outside of our control can play a role in negative health outcomes and we combat this with self-care. Self-care is critical to creating a sustainable lifestyle that supports our personal + community goals. Self-care practices give us the stamina to show up as our best selves consistently. Join Dr. Danielle as we explore practical self-care for busy people through a holistic lens, including physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and financial self-care. The workshop is interactive.
About the Speaker:
Dr. Danielle Richardson is a Los Angeles based optometrist + yoga teacher + wellness entrepreneur.
