With 10+ years of experience as a Property Manager, some of Bruce's superpowers are as a hands-on, problem-solving, anticipatory, and strategic thinker who has keen attention to detail (no job too small) and an environmentally conscious ethos.
Bruce's (Short) Story
With a Huck Finn curiosity and adventurous spirit, as a child, if Bruce wasn’t in the workshop with his father fixing a family car or studying a manual on How To _____ (fill in the blank), he'd be exploring the forty-acre family property with his artist mother, lost to his muse, Nature.
After high school, Bruce entered the Air Force where he trained as an Armaments Specialist with a top security clearance to load Nuclear weapons on F-4 fighter jets, and B-52 bombers— an experience that ushered in the knowledge that his path would be that of the peaceful warrior.
Later he owned his own handyman/landscape business where he crafted landscapes using locally harvested materials and Permaculture concepts. From there, he spent five-plus years as a caretaker/property manager— a career path where Bruce's skills truly shined!
With the boom of Internet technologies, his artistic interest was piqued, when he entered and won a scholarship contest to attend film school, earning him a degree in New Media/Transmedia from the prestigious Vancouver Film School.
Art and technology merged with his love of the natural world, when he set out on a backpack-broadcasting trip, traveling throughout the U.S., India, and Columbia, to make a documentary film about humanity living through planetary changes.
Ever devoted to the Earth and land, Bruce utilizes his diverse skills to manage properties with a holistic view, using Permaculture and/or regenerative principles for land stewardship and property care.
His video skills have come in handy throughout his Property Management career, such as short-form video stories for guest memories, websites, using drones for 360 videos to document properties and restoration work over time, trail cams to provide security, and pest or predator management. He is adept at technology and Smart Home systems.
Bruce has done extensive studies in computer technologies including AI, cryptocurrency and even the Metaverse. He continues his self education around permaculture, agroforestry, ranch management systems, water reclamation, and holistic grazing.
TARINI'S (SHORTER) STORY
20+ years as a sales leader in the natural products space providing executive-level management for a company that went from start-up to acquisition by P&G, Tarini has high-level leadership skills with an array of computer, writing, copywriting/web writing and growth business skills.
In the past five years, she has turned these skills toward support for Bruce as Property/Estate Management couple.
HER PROPERTY MANAGEMENT RESUME
- Wintoon: Supported Bruce with the landscape, household cleaning, and various hands-on chores of the day-to-day.
- Blackpoint Group: Front of House for a UHNW private estate in Maine, Tarini provided household hospitality, cooked meals for the principal when in residence, created menus/worked with vendors and cooked meals for small dinner events, stocked pantries, and worked with the housekeeper, small staff, and vendors, assisted the principal to and from the jet port, provided oversite of his mountain ski chalet. She managed household inventories and manuals for the 13k sq ft home and provided project management duties when called on.
- Rogue Kiwi Ranch: a UHNW private retreat home, Tarini supported Bruce in his role as Property/Estate Manager, with cleaning the 8k sq ft home, flipping rooms after guests, providing special cooked items when guests arrived, helping with landscaping work, running household errands, assisting the principals or guest to and from the jet port if needed, stocking pantries, writing monthly/quarterly property reports, wrote copy for wine website, for the Principal's business ventures when she requested support.

With a passion for sales development and sales writing, she enjoys helping others with copywriting for websites. As a totally random passion, she is an expert brain-tan buck-skin tanner and does traditional native beadwork designs.
