The typical process that we map out for our clients for renovation and design & construct projects:
  1. Feasibility - This may include a discovery call, consultation, proposal, and anything we need to do prior to you signing on.
  2. Goals - Kickoff meeting, intake, and anything else we might need to prepare prior to starting the design.
  3. Concept Development- Samples workshop, 3D models, freezing floor plan.
  4. Design Development - Detailed documentation, rendered models, FF&E selections, tenders.
  5. Budget Analysis - Add on stage for revisions if required
  6. Construction Documentation - Hanover of ready for construction drawings.
  7. Construction Observation - Site visits

  3. Floor Plan meeting - It is crucial that we finalise the orientation and size of furniture items and also the flow of the rooms from one to another.
  4. Moodboard presentation - Flat lay of materials/fabrics and photos of furniture selections. We also look at bespoke joinery models.
  5. Shopping list handover - Clients get a full itemised spreadsheet of furniture and fitting selections. Full costs and budget control before we order.
  6. Ordering - With access to various suppliers and pricing, we can place the orders for you.
  7. Installation - Our team is on site with you, handyman, electrician.... All done in one day.
