Terms and Conditions:
These Terms and Conditions govern the agreement between Abranti3 Moments and the Client for wedding photography services.
1. Booking and Payment
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining 50% must be paid 1 week before the wedding day.
- Bookings are only confirmed after the deposit is received.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- If the Client cancels, the deposit is non-refundable.
- Rescheduling is subject to the Photographer’s availability and may incur a fee.
- If the Photographer cannot attend due to unforeseen circumstances, a replacement photographer may be arranged, or a refund provided.
3. Delivery of Photos
- Edited photos will be delivered within 4-5 weeks after the wedding.
- No raw or unedited photos will be shared.
4. Copyright and Usage
- The Photographer owns the copyright to all photos.
- The Client may use the photos for personal purposes.
- The Photographer may use the photos for promotional purposes unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.
5. Client Responsibilities
- The Client must provide a schedule and list of any specific shots they want in advance.
- The Client is responsible for ensuring all guests cooperate with the Photographer.
6. Liability
The Photographer is not responsible for issues beyond their control, such as:
• Venue restrictions.
• Weather conditions.
• Guest interference.
- In case of lost or damaged photos, the Photographer’s liability is limited to the amount paid.
7. Travel and Accommodation
- Additional travel costs may apply for locations outside Accra.
- If overnight accommodation is needed, the Client must provide or reimburse it.
8. Force Majeure
- The Photographer is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to events beyond their control, like natural disasters or emergencies.
