THE VETERAN
As a proud veteran of the United States Air Force, La Tonya MeChelle’s journey is deeply rooted in a life shaped by military service. Growing up as a military brat, she lived all over the world, gaining a unique perspective on diverse cultures and communities. After experiencing life as a military spouse, LaTonya chose to follow her own path of service by enlisting in the Air Force, dedicating approximately 12 years to both active duty and reserve components.
Following her military career, LaTonya transitioned into a role as a government contractor, where she continued to utilize her skills and passion for serving others. However, after years in the 9 to 5 grind, she realized it was time to step out on faith and pursue her true calling of helping & empowering others.
Now, LaTonya has expanded her mission by offering vital services in both her for-profit and nonprofit organizations, focused on assisting fellow veterans in bettering their lives. One of these key services includes helping veterans navigate the complexities of obtaining their VA claims, alongside coaching to support them in managing PTSD and adjusting to life after military service.
With her extensive life experiences and unwavering dedication, La Tonya is on a mission to inspire and uplift fellow veterans, ensuring they know they are not alone on their journey.
