Professional Environment
SOTA is used for Data & Video Analysis. This helps us identify patterns of play from our players, as well as create Individualize Development Plans to improve our individuals as well as the collective.
We used HUDL for Film and Video review, which helps us analyze our performances after every game.
We implement physical periodization to manage the loads during the season. As busy as the season is, it is important to make sure that we keep players injury-free by managing the loads during training sessions and games.
