ZEF Announces Spring Grants

  • The Zionsville Education Foundation (ZEF) awarded ZCS educators more than $60,000 in grants for projects that will directly impact student learning in all nine schools. The $31,412 in Classroom Grants and $29,598 in Imagine Professional Development Grants made it a record-breaking cycle. Special thanks to our community of donors for their support of this grant cycle.
  • Please join us in congratulating ZEF grant recipients and ZWMS teachers Randi Schreiner, Trisha Smart, Steve Simmons, Kristina Comer, Gabe Diederich, Mike Murphy, Mike DeLand, Christine Milligan, Trish Shera, Allison Smith, Kara Benson, and Liz Ferrand!

This year parent volunteers will transform the school into ZBlast from the Past, which will take you back to your favorite decades. While only ZCHS students and their guests can attend the After Prom, the entire community is invited to come preview the After Prom on April 20 from 6-8 p.m. The preview party offers fun for the entire family, including games, inflatables and more. All ages are welcome!
The ZWMS 5th graders have the opportunity to see author Lisa Fipps speak on Monday, May 6th, during homeroom and 1st period. Her debut novel, Starfish, has been really popular this year among the students, and it has already won 13 awards. It is relatable because it is based on her experiences in middle school. Her second novel, And Then, BOOM!, will be coming out the week of her visit. Lisa is an Indiana native, and we are blessed to have the chance to hear from someone in the literary field!
