Head Coach Dawn Chamberlin
Dawn Chamberlin has been the head coach of the Salisbury field hockey team since 1987. She was inducted into the NFHCA Hall of Fame in 2009 and ranks third among active coaches in wins with 566 wins in her career.

For over 80 years, Salisbury University athletics have played an integral part in campus life. The University's exemplary student-athletes and outstanding coaches have created a legacy of excellence that places SU's 21 NCAA Division III teams among the top programs in the nation.
The Sea Gulls have been ranked among the top 10 percent of the LEARFIELD Division III Directors' Cup standings in 22 of the past 26 seasons with a rankings release. SU has also won 197 conference championships, 12 conference all-sport awards, 23 NCAA Division III team national championships, and 24 NCAA individual national championships.
