Due to poor weather conditions, the cable car operation was suspended. At the highest Chamonix station, the wind was measured at 130kph.

Roman theatre built around 15BC, Lugdunum (previous name of Lyon)
Lyon is renowned as the gastronomic capital of France. Nestled in the heart of the Rhône-Alpes region, Lyon is celebrated for its rich culinary traditions, from hearty Lyonnais cuisine to delicate patisseries and vibrant markets teeming with fresh produce.
Street art - Chef Paul Bocuse. Famous for his high quality restaurants and his innovative approach to food. Dubbed locally as "the pope of gastronomy".
Cercle Rouge - One of the best meals in France during this trip. Restaurant was awarded a Michelin star in 2021. Every dish was sensational. Sadly, the photos do not do these meals justice.

Final meal in France was at Frenchie Pigalle (Paris)

Homemade Ricotta with strawberry, peas & chive sabayon, Iberian Pluma (Pork) with asparagus and teriyaki sauce, sourdough bread
