Employee Wellness Hub

When is the best time to start taking better care of yourself? Today is the best time.

Wellness is a term that we hear mentioned often, both in and outside of NLPS. While it holds a different meaning for different people, it's important to determine what it means for you to โ€œbe wellโ€ and to recognize when you're taking action and making choices that affect your well-being.

Your Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) is your link to well-being. Click here to learn more.
