Employee Wellness Hub
When is the best time to start taking better care of yourself? Today is the best time.
Wellness is a term that we hear mentioned often, both in and outside of NLPS. While it holds a different meaning for different people, it's important to determine what it means for you to โbe wellโ and to recognize when you're taking action and making choices that affect your well-being.
Your Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) is your link to well-being. Click here to learn more.
