2025 Q1 Newsletter
As we step into 2025, we are filled with gratitude and expectation. This year’s theme, “You are a bridge,” has already begun to take root in the hearts of our volunteers, staff, and youth. In a world that often feels divided and distracted, we are committed to being connectors, bridging the gaps between generations, communities, and Christ. And we’re off to an incredible start.
Here’s a look at what’s been happening across the Three Circles community.
🧡 Volunteer Training Kicked Off the Year
In February, we gathered many of our volunteers in person for our annual Volunteer Training. Together, we:
- Celebrated our 2024 wins and growth
- Did a refresher on TBRI (Trust-Based Relational Intervention)
- Took part in hands-on training and team-building exercises
The heartbeat of our time together was centered on the idea that each of us is a bridge. A living link that carries love, wisdom, and healing to the youth we serve
🌿 Camp Day Recaps
Both our Floyd and Chattooga County locations held their first Camp Days of 2025 in March and April and they were such a blessing.
Floyd County
In March, our young men served as they help with painting at the Open Door Home in Rome. Then in April, six young men gave their time and energy to beautify the Harbor House property, a vital local organization that serves children and families in crisis. They brought new life to the landscaping and left a lasting impact through their service and presence. We'd like to thank all the volunteers that helped serve at these camps. A special thank you to Bryan, our Floyd County Camp Director, for bringing us a challenge about Jesus being the Way, the Truth, and the Life.
Chattooga County
In April, our campers and volunteers helped reset the Agricultural Center after a Health Fair, transforming the space back to normal and showing what it means to serve with purpose and humility. We then had a meaningful discussion from Nehemiah, our Chattooga County Camp Director, followed by delicious food, fellowship, and a reminder that community and connection matter!
🙌 Nutra Max Conference: A Powerful Opportunity
On March 21, our Board of Directors was incredibly blessed with a special opportunity to visit the Nutramax Laboratories headquarters. As a Christ-centered company and previous donor, Nutramax extended a private invitation to fly us to their location and spend time together exploring what God is doing through Three Circles Foundation.
We toured their facilities, met with their leadership, and had the opportunity to share the mission, vision, and values of TCF in a meaningful and intentional way. It was a powerful reminder that the Lord is always working behind the scenes, orchestrating connections that further His Kingdom.
We thank God for the generosity of Nutramax and the open hearts we encountered. May this connection continue to bear fruit for His glory. May God bless our efforts, and may His will be done.
📣 Leadership Update
We are excited to announce a change in leadership within TCF. We are deeply grateful for Jeremy’s faithful leadership and are looking forward to all that God will do under Nick’s direction.
A word from Nick Vann, the new President of TCF
Listening to God!
Well, that is exactly what happened. Having been retired for a little over three years, life was—well—good. I was enjoying the time to do new things: reading a lot, getting closer to God through daily Bible reading and prayer, and serving through activities at church. Between Truth Talks at Open Door Home, being a board member of Three Circles, and other opportunities to serve, life was really good.
At a men's prayer breakfast in early January, the challenge was made to ask God what He wanted you to do. And when you ask, be prepared. Two weeks later, I got a call from Jeremy. After a bit of small talk, he said that God had laid it on his heart for me to consider becoming President of Three Circles Foundation. Well, I was not expecting that call! I agreed to pray about it and, of course, to talk to my wife, Janice. Over the next three weeks, I did just that. From my experience during that time, I can assure you: it is best to be listening to God!
As it says in Isaiah 6:8: "Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying: 'Whom shall I send, and who will go for Us?' Then I said, 'Here am I! Send me.'"
I am truly honored to become President of Three Circles Foundation. Three Circles Foundation is a wonderful organization serving the youth of Chattooga and Floyd Counties. Jeremy Collins will continue to be a guiding force in the direction and future of the organization as Founder, President Emeritus, and Board Member.
That being said, we are excited to have Nehemiah and Chantelle Russ as our Camp Directors for Chattooga County, and Bryan and Callette Hollingsworth as our Camp Directors in Floyd County. Over the next several weeks, we will be completing our Five-Year Plan and Ministry Overview, which build upon and expand the Three Circles Foundation vision that Jeremy had over 15 years ago. Helping youth from hard places serve our Savior, Jesus Christ; serve the communities in which we live; and respect the Earth and God’s resources—this is our focus and mission.
I’ll close with my personal go-to verse, 1 Thessalonians 5:16–18 (NIV): “Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.”

A word from Jeremy Collins, Founder and President Emeritus
What a deep blessing Three Circles Foundation is to my soul.
The opportunity to meet and walk alongside young men in the name of Jesus Christ is nothing less than a privilege. Fifteen years ago, the Lord lit a fire in my bones to empower and equip youth to cultivate purposeful relationships—with Jesus Christ, with other people in the community, and with the resources all around them. I have been amazed to watch Jesus bring His people to invest in this mission and in these youth through such a vast array of avenues: volunteering, financial giving, serving on the board, and acting as advisors.
And what a gift it has been to meet so many resilient families and their youth over the years!
We ran Three Circles as volunteers, fueled almost entirely by our desire to see the Lord’s loving mission fulfilled. After a decade of this, my wife and I stepped out in faith into a full-time missionary role with Three Circles Foundation for a couple of years (2017–2019). We learned much, and with God and other TCF friends, we strengthened the platform and structure of the organization. This prepared Three Circles to move forward into the future for years to come.
Soon after that, my wife and I were called by Jesus to impact the business world for His Kingdom. We hired TCF staff and trained them to take over my day-to-day responsibilities. Eventually, we purchased a business—fully seeing it as our next ministry.
After several years, it became clear that the best next step for Three Circles Foundation was to find a successor for my role as President. Our Board of Directors entered a prayerful search for that person. Slowly, we came to discover the Lord had already placed him right under our noses!
Nick Vann was our newest board member at the time, having joined a couple of years earlier. Seeing Nick’s heart filled with Jesus’ Holy Spirit, and his zeal for investing time and resources into our youth, the Lord made it clear—Nick was our guy. We all realized it and then… we asked Nick what he thought about it! I’ll let Nick share the rest of that story.
We have recently begun the long process of me stepping down and Nick stepping up into the role of President of Three Circles Foundation. I am humbled by the opportunity to have served as President for the past 15 years, and I am excited to see what the Lord is doing in Nick’s heart as he seeks Jesus for wisdom in building the future vision of Three Circles.
The mission and the youth of Three Circles are worthy of any time, resources, or experience you have to invest. And—as I’ve discovered over the past 15 years—in the end, the blessing is yours and the glory is the Lord’s.
