  • Q1: Why are we switching to the Adobe Learn platform?
  • A1: We are transitioning to the Adobe Learn platform to provide a more integrated and user-friendly learning experience. Adobe Learn offers enhanced features, improved accessibility, and a wider range of tools to support your learning journey.
  • Q2: When will the new platform be available?
  • A2: The Adobe Learn platform is available now! We recommend that if you have not started any new courses yet, you begin them on the new platform here
  • Q3: What will happen to my current progress and data on the old platform?
  • A3: Content and progress will not be migrated to the new platform. You will need to complete your current courses and submit all assignments before August 30th. However, your digital badge will remain on Credly.
  • Q4: How will I access the Adobe Learn platform?
  • A4: Click here to access the new Adobe Learn platform. The login process is simple and similar to the current platform, make sure to sign in with your Adobe ID
  • Q5: Will there be any downtime during the transition?
  • A5: There will be no downtime as the new platform is already available for you to get started, but please note that the old platform will no longer be accessible after August 30th. And, you'll want to make sure you complete any ongoing courses by this date.
  • Q6: Are there any new features or tools in Adobe Learn that we should be aware of?
  • A6: Yes, Adobe Learn will provide a better integration to sign into the platform using your Adobe ID / school ID and will include features such as data analytics (coming soon).

  • Q8: How will this transition affect ongoing courses and deadlines?
  • A8: All ongoing courses must be completed, and all assignments submitted before August 30th as your progress will not be transferred to the new platform. For new courses, please sign in and begin leveling up on our new Adobe Learn platform here.
