Wellness Break

At MSE we believe that it is important for our students and staff to spend time with their families and pursue their passions outside of school. While homework can be a useful tool, our students also need time to connect with loved ones and tend to their own well-being. MSE students and staff work hard everyday, but everyone can benefit from a break to relax, unwind, and recharge! Enjoy your downtime MSE! You deserve it!

This break will be the first of several MSE Wellness Breaks built into the 2023-24 school year. We will also encourage all to unplug and unwind with homework free periods during: Winter Break (December-January), Mid-Winter Break (February), and Spring Break (March). Stay tuned for those announcements.

The Eagle of the Week is one student selected every week and nominated by a teacher for acts that go above and beyond for the MSE Community. This week's "Eagle of the Week" is Hayden P. who was nominated by Mrs. Richmond who said "she truly deserves recognition for her exemplary behavior. Not only does Hayden excel academically, she has a kind heart and goes above and beyond to help others. Her consistent display of respect, kindness, and responsibility sets a standard for other students to follow."
