How long does an application take?

The online application process should take you just under one minute from “start” to “submit”.

Simply complete the easy 3 step process and the funds will be in your bank account within 24 hours.

What documents do you require?

None – your offer is pre-approved you simply need to accept the offer via the 3-step process. However, should you require more than the pre-approved funding, you will be requested to submit additional documentation.

Funding

How is my pre-approved funding amount calculated?

This offer is based on your historic transactions.

How can I use the funding?

There are no restrictions on use. As a practice owner, you know exactly what your practice needs are, and you can use the funds as you see fit.

Payments

What are the payment options?

The payment options ensure ease in managing cash flow. The cash advance value and payment term you select, will determine the frequency and fixed debit order amount that will be deducted from your bank account. All payments are deducted through a debit order from your bank account by Retail Capital.

What is the interest rate on the money?

Retail Capital offer tailored funding. We are not a bank, and this is not a loan. We charge a fee based on your funding needs. The fee is fixed and there are no service charges.

Collateral

What collateral is required?

None. The funding is unsecured. Retail Capital provides funding with no requirement to provide collateral or security.

Re-Advance

What is a Re-Advance?

Practices are eligible for a re-advance once they have paid back their funding in a timely manner and have another offer available.

Data Security

Is my data secure?

We are PoPIA compliant and will only process, record or disclose information related to assessing your funding needs. All our process are end-to-end encrypted.

How did Retail Capital get my data?

The offer you received was calculated through anonymity data, meaning that we will not share any personal information to Retail Capital without your consent.

Early settlement

Can I settle early?

Yes. You can settle early without any penalty. In fact, we will discount the balance of your fees pro-rata. The earlier you settle, the more the discount on your fee balance.
